Fiber Entrance Solutions
CommScope’s BUDI™ portfolio of wall-mounted, indoor and outdoor fiber boxes is a modular and configurable platform for building entrance deployments. Available in a large variety of models to meet the needs of a wide range of MDU applications, it offers rugged environmental protection; is UL listed, UV resistant, and IP54 rated and is designed for easy installation and accessibility.
CommScope’s Enhanced Mini FDH (23"H x 13"W x 8"D) is a flexible and cost-effective way for providers to rapidly expand their FTTX network both indoors or outdoors. While six inches taller than the Mini FDH, this extra space allows up to 96f of distribution, 8 plug-and-play splitter slots, 24 pass-through ports, as well as facilitating stubbed, spliced, and MPO/HMFOC connectorized options.
Fiber Distribution Terminals
The BUDI™ rapid fiber distribution terminal (BUDI-R) is a compact, high density, fiber box solution, designed to speed up installation requirements on the customer premises.Utilizing the RapidReel® fiber cable spool, the BUDI-R deploys up to 1,000 feet of indoor plenum cable or I/O riser single cable.
CommScope’s External Fiber Distribution Terminal (EFDT) is designed to provide a quick and simple solution for installing fiber in small and medium sized multi-Dwelling units (MDU’s)
Premises Wall Boxes
OWB Fiber Wall Box is compact sized with multiple cable entry point options and used as a premises connection device in FTTH networks.
Ideal for FTTH and FTTB applications, the HFTP is a compact fiber terminal for use at the final fiber termination point in the customer premises. The HFTP provides mechanical protection and managed fiber control in an attractive format suitable for use inside customer premises.
